Been coming here annually and I’ll be honest, the quality of the food here has been amazing every time! From the pancakes to the over easy eggs to the corn beef hash! Carlisle Diner is a must go for anyone swinging through the area or just for a local bite! Service is great and the atmosphere is just right to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and read the news. Fod was delicious, portions were generous, our servers were terrific. Also very reasonably priced. Great spot for comfort diner food.
First time eating there. Had the big mouth burger, fries, and a cup of cream of broccoli. The soup i like very much, the burger with a thousand island dressing tasted similar to a certain burger.
Great diner experience. Second time here. First time was for breakfast and that was very good so we decided to try lunch here. Was not disappointed! My husband enjoyed his burger and I had a Cobb salad that was excellent. My salad was so big I brought 1/2 home! Chicken was fresh cooked and very tender. I would highly recommend it. Atmosphere is like any typical diner. The staff is very friendly and the service was great.
Great diner. The parking lot was full so we feared it was going to be be packed. But we got seated right away. Looked very family friendly. Prices were good. I got one of the more pricey items. French dip Gryro that was about $12. Came with fries though. It was filling. Always good to get full when the price is over $10. Waitress was good. Hostess was good. Great experience all around.
Out of town truck drivers whom we're passing by on our way to our delivery appointment. Saw your advertisement for Stuffed French Toast & decided to come back & try it. Also had the Alpine Omelet & both were delicious. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Our waitress was attentive. Great experience, great food.
Not sure but something was off when I visited this place and I think that it was the price which was insane: $20... Coffee, main dish and server not coming to my table every 30secs asking whether everything was alright. I satisfied all my taste buds . Meal was very simple but very tasty and I left well fed. If you're searching for a place which feeds people well for human prices, this is where you should go.
Some of the best food my family and myself have gotten from a restaurant in a long time. Wait staff was on the spot but not overbearing. We will definitely go back next time we are in town.
Best diner and service in Carlisle. The Host needs a shirt and trousers instead of a sweat shirt & shorts lol but he's like 17yrs old. Maybe the owners/management should take a look at that? Nevertheless the food was exceptionally good/fresh and the quality was more than enough. The waitress was fabulous
Our food was great ! The Italian Wedding soup was delicious! The service was great and it appeared to be a clean place in a nice area of town . Would definitely eat again if I was in the area . They had some delicious looking desserts in the case !
